GSX Support MSFS / Universal Installer not locating ARPTS

Hello:

I bought a few add-on airports for FS2020 this weekend.  I'm trying to disable jetways in the Universal Installer but the "Search Pattern" does not locate any airports.  Thank you.  GSX is up-to-date with 3.7.3.  I also tried to do a manual update of GSX as well.

I also ran the following commands (w/admin rights) and all completed successfully and without error/s. In the following order:

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /checkhealth

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /scanhealth

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth

sfc /scannow

Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore

Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

RESTARTED computer as the last step.

I did prior to the aforementioned event log (on this page) deactivate and uninstall GSX and the sim (MSFS2024 - SU3) ran without any event log/s showing up for several days.

GSX Support MSFS / You need to stop engines to request ground services

An added feature needed is "start engine at the gate" - to account for times when the APU has failed/bleed INOP, and we're starting with external pneumatics. Trying to request pushback before I start and then starting doesn't help.
