GSX Support MSFS / passenger disappear on ini A300

With the A300 inibuild and every livery, even the default one, passengers disappear once they board. I checked and the folder extensions are correct, and the texture.cfg file is also present inside it.

I also do not have sound at all. That happens only with GSX Pro MSFS 2020. In my case no options appear in the GSX settings page to select the audio output.

How can that be not caused by GSX

Seems that you ran in the same problem as me (see my post "Error when Updating").
Did you try the FSDT Offline INstaller ?

No, may i know how to use the offline installer? and did you manage to fix the issue after used the offline isntaller?

   The first time you open the FSDT interface, the whole page will be stuck when you update to 97%(Figure 1). After restarting the FSDT interface, you will be prompted when downloading again: the process cannot access the file 'g: \ program files (x86) \ addonmanager \ couatl64 \ wx \ lib \ agw \ labelbook.py' because it is being used by another process(Figure 2).Then you will return to the start page after the update fails.

I love the way you can select your parking area from the map and disable AI aircraft! such a great feature!

Oh surprise!, this afternoon I run the FSDT installer and I got a message that GSX Pro needed updating from 3.7.2 to 3.7.3, even though I had already applied this update as per my previous post above. I ran the update and now GSX Pro is working fine again.

I have to say, despite what the general community think about FsDreamTeam products, mainly GSX in any simulator. I am super appreciative and would like to say, I feel, that your products, especially GSX, deserves a flight sim award for being the very best.

I want to echo this gentleman's statement. I've been a long-time user of GSX in FSX and MSFS 2020 and am amazed at what this add-on has to offer. I just watched the cleaning crew enter the cabin of my new shiny Aerosoft CRJ V2 and clean it. Absolutely awesome!

Keep up the great work and thanks for all you do for this community!

GSX Support MSFS / Frozen After Pushback

Aircraft keeps getting stuck after pushback. The plane won't move at all to taxi. Happens with both the FSL A321 and the Fenix A321 in both MSFS 2020 and 2024. I've tried every solution I can find online and with AI......still doesn't work.

Dear FSDreamteam GSX Team,

As a long-time user of your products (switching from GSX P3D to GSX Pro in MSFS 2024), I have a question regarding the integration of GSX Pro with PMDG aircraft.

I fly exclusively PMDG aircraft, currently the PMDG 777-300ER (the 737-800 is due on December 18th). I use SimBrief for flight planning.

My Issue/Question (Related to the "New" GSX Pro Logic):

I prefer to enter my load data (Fuel, Passengers, Cargo) manually into the PMDG FMC, as the automatic transfer via the GSX SimBrief functions (simbrief_set load / set fuel) does not correctly reflect the passenger count in the FMC (Payload page).

However, after entering the data manually, when I initiate the boarding process via the GSX Menu using "Request Boarding," GSX Pro overwrites all my previously entered manual FMC values (Pax and Cargo) with its own internal SimBrief values.

    Is this FMC overwriting intended (a design decision) when boarding starts?

    Is there a setting or parameter to disable this overwrite function, so that GSX starts the boarding process but retains my manually entered values in the FMC (Fuel, Pax, Cargo)? (I could not find a corresponding option in the GSX settings.)
