I ended up reinstalling the 777 and added the 3rd party liveries 2 at a time.  I tried installing 8 liveries at once but PMDG doesn’t like that!

GSX Support MSFS / MSFS won't load with GSX Installed

With GSX 'installed' I can't get MSFS to load. It hangs. I tried without the seating update, only uninstalled but would only work with GSX completely Uninstalled and deactivated.
I downloaded the lastest of everything, installed and de-installed about 12 times to no good results. Only uninstalling GSX allows MSFS to load.
I did notice while running the FSDT Installer that at around 95% the program closes. If I start it up again, it seems to continue but I think whatever
it was trying to do at 95% of the install is the source of the problem. When completed, I have tried to manually load Couatl64 with the start program and direct to the file. Doesn't work.

Before this upgrade to .07 all worked fine.


I need help to further diagnose this issue.

Did you enable the check boxes next to the aircraft in the GSX config tool?

Good Afternoon,

I updated the FSDT to the latest version 3.0.7, however, passengers disappear when passing through the door and do not appear seated. Is it necessary to check any configuration for it to work?

Updated PMDG
Updated GSX
Enabled seated passengers for 777 (saw the compiling message afterwards)
Launched MSFS and 777 in PMDG official United EvoBlue Livery at DD KEWR and had no seated passengers, no automatic door control and each cargo door never gets more than 2 cargo pallets regardless of the number of passengers...
Edit:  I did also try toggling the cabin signs, ensured the cockpit door was open and moved around the cabin to make sure it was not a LOD issue. 
 
Not sure if it is Livery specific but none of the updates seem to have "taken" in the sim.

Hello,

I have both the PMDG 737 and 777, purchased directly from PMDG.  I don't see an option to turn on the visible passengers when I run the universal installer.  Here is my log file when I ran it from the CMD prompt as directed in the previous posts.

Martin, if you bough the 737 from the Microsoft Marketplace, which looking at your logs, it looks like you did, you won't have the seated passengers available. My understanding is there's some change they need to make to the external model of the aircraft, which they can't do for Marketplace versions of the airplane because it's encrypted.

This is a general rule that is valid for every MSFS product: if you buy something on any site other than the MS Store, it will only be for PC. Anything that works on Xbox can only be purchased on the MS Marketplace.

I really would like both, but debating where to buy, as mktplace is priced higher (I assume because of some fees MS charges you guys), but also discount is currently lower too (30% instead of the 40% on the site).
