GSX Support FSX/P3D / Pushback issues
« Last post by RSWcaptain on April 14, 2024, 12:35:44 am »
I'm having issues trying to use GSX at the Taxi2Gate KMCO withe PMDG 737-800 (the older version not the current 737 NGXu). This is the error message I'm getting that is causing Couatl to crash.

couatl v4.8 (build 5335)
panic log started on Sat Apr 13 17:23:16 2024

problem raised by addon <unknown>

GSX SimStop

If I got into the GSX editor, it doesn't show the pushback tug and has a bouncing 3d exclamation point over the word "pushback tug". The towbarless pushback vehicle displays just fine, but since I'm using a Southwest Airlines 737 and they do not have ANY towbarless pushback tugs, that wouldn't exactly be accurate.

GSX Support MSFS / Re: Menu hide after select an option
« Last post by NewCani on April 13, 2024, 08:34:15 pm »
I'm having the same problem, I would really like the menu to be visible all the time. Clicking the hot key all the time greatly reduces the pleasure of gameplay. Is there a button or can we change something in the configuration so the menu is always on? Or increase the auto hide time maybe by 30 minutes?

GSX Support MSFS / Re: GSX setting planned fuel message and no fueling
« Last post by AviS on April 13, 2024, 07:46:49 pm »
As I mentioned in the first post, GSX successfully sets the correct amount of fuel according to the flight plan via FMC, but the fueling with the truck, that supposed to start after that, starts in 1 case of 5.

GSX Support MSFS / GSX Menu always On
« Last post by NewCani on April 13, 2024, 04:59:33 pm »
How do I keep the GSX menu always on in MSFS? I looked in the settings, but couldn't find it... Would there be another place to change the setting to always be visible? It's very annoying having to keep typing hot keys all the time.

KIAH - Houston Intercontinental Airport for MSFS / New Concourse

Any chance you'll add the new concourse? The scenery depicts it as under construction.

Thanks!

I get this all the time now.  If I have to reset couatl or exit out to start a new flight I get the pop up to start as administrator constantly and cant shut it off no matter if choose yes or no.  log attached.

GSX Pro - Airport profiles / Re: EBBR Aerosoft

I noticed some of the cargo parking spots, like 969, have no VGDS, even though the latest 10-9D says these spots should have it.

I am unable to use the Live Update tool to configure GSX. Was working fine yesterday and I updated GSX to the latest version.

Today, however an update starts, looks like it is updating the Live Update tool itself, it gets to step 6 of 38 and then terminates.

I have used the offline installer, but I want to be able to configure GSX for a new add on airport, but I can't get past this incessant update.

Couatl.err:
couatl v4.8 (build 5421) panic log started on Mon Apr  8 21:13:13 2024 problem raised by engine or unspecified addon

You should enable logging in the troubleshooting page so, instead of the Couatl.err file, you'll get a Couatl.log that is way more complete which will help understand the problem. Also, please DO NOT "quote" errors in a post like that, because the forum software might change characters, and we need to look at the actual file in its entirerty.

Alwas ZIP the actual file (after turning logging On, it will be Couatl.LOG, not Couatl.ERR!) and ATTACH it to a message.
