GSX Support MSFS / GSX Have a good Trip question

With MSFS2020 I loaded the PMDG 777-800. After requested, Prepare for Push-back and Departure, ground services was working fine but I got a message Have a Good Trip. The pushback didn't go. Why? I had to use Pushback from the FMC of the aircraft.

Ihave been unable to useGSX Pro since the lastupdate and I am not the only frustrated user. I have posted on all available posts and hope youcan fix it ASAP so we can use your product again.
To recap I havedownload/installad and reinstalled usin my keys- all to no avail.

Same here. I get the loading message that changes to parked over and over again but never loads. Had to fly a 737 “dead head” (no passengers).

This sucks.
