I also have the same Problem with the Belt Loaders on the PMDG 737 in 2024. As soon as deboarding is finished and i request Boarding for example nothing happens becuase i belive GSC belives that Deboarding is not yet finished. Thank you for looking into it

That's a different issue then, not the fact they stay, I'll check it again.

Have you found a solution to this? I’m still running into multiple issues, and more bugs appeared today.
As mentioned before, catering and refueling trucks do not appear at all when requested. This happens consistently at every gate/stand I’ve tried.

I decided to restard Couatl, because I figured they wouldn't arrive if the baggage trucks still was there. However, Before restarting Couatl, I also noticed another issue related to pushback. When I requested pushback, GSX displayed the message “Waiting for refueling to complete”. However, refueling never actually started, because the refueling truck did not appear due to the bug. This resulted in a deadlock: pushback could not begin because GSX was waiting for a service that never arrived. This occurred while the baggage loaders remained attached and did not leave after completing their task.

I tried restarting Couatl to see if it would help. After restarting it, The baggage loaders disappeared (Which I expected them to do), and Refueling and catering services became available again. However, when I requested refueling, the truck was invisible. The refueling process itself worked correctly (fuel quantity changed), but the vehicle never appeared at the aircraft.

I then experienced a similar issue with pushback after refueling. When requesting pushback, the pushback tug and the ground crew (walkers/marshallers) did not appear. Pushback still functioned correctly, but all visual elements were missing. So basically, Ground services may work logically in the background, but vehicles and personnel often do not spawn or are invisible. Pushback can become blocked while waiting for refueling that never starts.
Restarting Couatl partially restores functionality but introduces new visual issues.

All of this behavior started after the latest update.

GSX (all versions) Change: Cargo/Luggage loaders will now stay attached to the airplane after Boarding is completed and will be automatically recalled upon Departure.

The issue is, it's hit and miss. Sometimes they stay, sometimes they go. But the main issue is the fuel truck won't show up. So we are forced to restart GSX all together.

Also, if you want this to be a proper feature, add a pop-up (much like crew deboarding) at the end of baggage operations asking if you are turning, or terminating the flight. If you select TURNAROUND, the baggage carts stay, and normal operations can continue WITH functioning fuel trucks while baggage boarding is underway. This is how it is done in the real world. I fuel jets for a living and I watch the ground crews load and unload while I am fueling the plane.

If you select TERMINATE, belts can be removed.

Hi and merry christmas everyone.

I have tried several turnarounds with the new PMDG 737-800 with GSX however, everytime deboarding is complete, GSX stops working. I can click after deboarding complete for example "request catering" and it also shows "catering requestet" on the top left, but nothing happens. No vehicles arrive even after 15 minutes.
Restarting couatl is resulting into "unkown aircraft".
Am I doing something wrong?

I am having similar issues.

On turn around, the belts do not leave the aircraft after boarding is complete. They then go when refueling is called but once boarding is called they come back and do nothing. GSX then doesnt proceed any further. For me it works after restarting GSX. Bit of an annoyance however.

yup, the problem is the belt loaders. fuelers or catering will not come out as long as the cargo loaders remain at the aircraft. not sure why that was added of leaving them at the side of aircraft instead of moving them out of the way its normally been. i hope they update soon. i have to do the same and restart gsx just to get fueler and catering going.

Same here. After arrival, when I select Deboarding, the stairs move into position but the process then gets stuck, no deboarding ever starts.

The deboarding itself works but never got marked as completed, the Cargo loaders never move away that refueling and so on can start...
I have this issue with Fenix, FSS ERJ and ifly...

Yes, same bug after latest version:
baggage loading
baggage completed
passengers loading
boarding complete
no fuel truck
no catering vehicles
click for pushback (no fuel load or food loads)
no push until fueling & catering complete (just sits there waiting as the world turns)

2020 flyboy and all worked flawlessly in 3.7.3 but 3.7.4, I have to restart couatl everytime all airports worldwide loading/unloading.

It's definitely a major bug to just hang infintely with no CTD!  :'(

Also from my side I find it very ennoying that the baggage trucks don't leave. I don't see what the advantage is by staying there.
Moreover, I can't start a following flight (boarding) without completely restarting Couatle.
Also there are some issues with the ground power. Why can't we decide whether the ground power is on or off?
Further I don't like the covered stairs (where even handlugage is seen outside the cover)
Can I revert to the former version 3.7.3?
