This is always reproducible at airports that use APIS Small devices like EDDK and EGNT. It is sometime reproducible at airports using APIS.

This either happens right away when I call loading from Fenix EFB to trigger GSX or sometimes it happens a few minutes into the boarding process. Detailed videos and couatl logs are available in the discord post.

Not sure if this is useful information: I have two airports in MSFS 2024 where I’ve set up APIS VDGS (LPPT v2 and LPPR, both by MK Studios), what the OP described only happens at one of the airports (LPPR). The only differentiating factor that I am aware of is that LPPT v2 was officially updated to be fully MSFS 2024 compatible, while LPPR is still the old MSFS 2020 version (there is a new v2 in development). Everything else at LPPR seems to work fine (ground services, pushback, etc) and there are no visible scenery issues or other operational anomalies that I have noticed, just the disappearing APIS VDGS (other types don't disappear).
