I think we alerted quite clearly in all manuals we can think off, that antivirus should be turned off, expecially in FS9. AVG, here and then, is known to report false positives about bglman.dll. Try to exclude the fs9\modules folder from scanning. Also, check your virus definitions are updated. If they already are, it might be that the error might go away, it already happened that AVG mistakenly reported a false alarm on bglman.dll, only to be corrected a few days after, with an update of their virus definitions.

Also, I see you are getting also an fssound.dll error alert. This means it's not just bglman.dll not running on your system.

1) The fssound.dll error is simply because I've been too lazy to edit my CFG to include it in the "Old Modules=1" format

2) I disabled AVG, re-installed and I'm still getting the same problem.....

Oh well....I do appreciate the efforts though...

We explained quite clearly that the antivirus shouldn't stay off just when reinstalling. You have to keep it off when launching FS!

As I've said before, there's no need to disable the antivirus altogether, just exclude the fs2004\modules folder from real time scanning, so you can still be protected from virus.

Well, that shouldn't really happen...

Try this one. Have a look into the c:\windows folder and, if you find a file named esellerateengine.dll inside, just delete it and try again.

Got FS2004 working again after a series of installs/uninstalls of Zurich & Cloud 9 AddOn Manager 1.30.

Looks like I can't get Zurich working though.... Sad
