Agree Sludge, 'Head movement' is THE most annoying feature of FSX. It is NOT realistic and is plain idiotic. ::) It stops one from flying accurately just when you need to the most. Plus the AoA indexer on left of HUD getting in the way just at wrong moment. ;D If I ever have to re-install FSX 'head movement disabling' would be the first thing I do.

Thanks, Sludge. I normally disable the head movement in the fsx.cfg when i fly, but was trying to replicate a pseudo helmet camera in the first and second video and thought it would help with this effect. What I really need is a track IR, that would look more realistic. And since the HUD is not conformal it looks pretty bad in the FCLP video. Also in the second video I was going for very raw, amateur video effect/look.
Glad you noticed the sounds, I worked hard on getting them to line up and add to the video. When I add/finalize I might add music and plan to add several other viewing angles. Spaz, can you not hear the sound in any of the videos?
Sludge, you mentioned that the PLAT cam can be used without cross hairs, do you know how to do this?

This is what I use for the [DynamicHeadMovement] in the fsx.CFG:
HeadMoveTimeConstant=0.50
It keeps the HUD conformal enough and still provides some natural head movement for added realism. I used this in all my videos I think. I put it to zero only when I am testing something on the HUD and need it to be 100% conformal.

Capt, no sound is a problem with my machine at moment. Cannot problem solve - it comes and goes but mostly these days - goes.
