   The first time you open the FSDT interface, the whole page will be stuck when you update to 97%(Figure 1). After restarting the FSDT interface, you will be prompted when downloading again: the process cannot access the file 'g: \ program files (x86) \ addonmanager \ couatl64 \ wx \ lib \ agw \ labelbook.py' because it is being used by another process(Figure 2).Then you will return to the start page after the update fails.

Assuming you haven't started two copies of the updater, the access error might be caused by an antivirus.

Restart Windows to be sure you are not running two copies of the installer, and if that doesn't work, be sure the whole "addon manager" folder is added to the antivirus Exclusions.
