Objects missing / Pink textures and errors starting GSX

Hi. I also have all the passengers in the 737 pink. In addition, after I checked the box in the installer, all the visual effects of the plane disappeared (contrail, hot air from the APU and engines). In Fenix 320- passenger texture is OK but all the effects disappear too.

Following the Fenix v2.2.0.232 update, my passengers seated in the aircraft are all pink.

Please tell us how to correct this problem

Turn off Seated Passengers in the FSDT Installer and then turn it back on again. You need to do this after updating aircraft / adding new liveries.

I've already done this as indicated by Fenix Installer but it doesn't solve the problem.

No, the leading colon is wrong. If you are looking for the absolute path, it is
C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\VIRTUALI\PackagesCache

But
%APPDATA%\VIRTUALI\PackagesCache
is the same, and contains already the right username, so no modifications necessary from the customer. I recommend the latter.

If objects are missing or show pink textures and when you call GSX you have errors, it's because your entire gsx-world-of-jetways package hasn't been installed, most likely due to a server problem during the release day. This was indicated in the installer log but now, we updated the installer to make it more clear something bad happened during download. To this this, follows this procedure:

- Uninstall GSX, and confirm to uninstall it, not just unlink it.

- Remove this folder %APPDATA%\VIRTUALI\PackagesCache  ( if you have it )

- Reinstall GSX, it will redownload everything from scratch.

Did this exactly and I still have missing vehicles and Pink people. This all happened when I reverted back to v5.6.6 Any other suggestions.

I can only confirm there are no pink people anywhere in the current installation, provide you have all files updated. If it's not fixed with a normal update CHECK, try to use the Offline installer instead.

Same here. Unfortunately issue not fixed after following the fix proposed in this thread and some complete uninstallations. MSFS 2024 SU2.

In my system regardless of msfs2020 or msfs2024, pax disappear right after seated with iFly 737-MAX8 and randomly pax seated pink. From iFly Discord, support said it is something that GSX needs to be fixed and not from iFly.
So, clearly there will be no solutions for a long time.

I wonder why GSX is not updating pax seated regardless of what aircraft Payware or Default is loaded with msfs2020 or msfs2024. It has been this for a very long time.
Please, it is time to stop badly side effects after GSX is installed or updated. What can be done or give a try from my side dear Umberto?

GSX Manual has a chapter at Page 98, explaining all possible reasons and all known solution that are proven to work for disappearing passengers and/or pink textures.

I have performed a complete reinstallation several times, with Windows Defender disabled, but I’m still seeing pink textures on the B-Class Follow Me car. The program itself runs fine, but I’m not sure what else to do to fix this issue.

Hey,

after new install after the stutter fix, i have at first pink airport and wing walker. I uninstalled everything, deleted the virtuali folder.

I used the Addon Manager Offline installer and redownloaded the FSDT Universal installer.

Reinstalled everything.

After that, the wing walker are fine, but my follow me car has strange pink textures on the roof.

I tried FSDT Live Update without succsess. Any sugestions?

Reinstalled. Now my follow me car has no lights on the roof.

But my airport and wing walker are pink again. A complete new install.
