Please don't add any extra steps other than the ones I indicated. Registry cleaner are very dangerous, just uninstall/reinstall.

The two packages are 5GB and 3GB after the installation.

- Configure the antivirus to add the whole Addon Manager folder to the antivirus Exclusions.

- Run the Offline installer again

Hello virtuali .... I don't understand how the GSX offline installation file which is 121 MB can install 5gb in one folder and 2gb in another folder because nothing is downloaded during or after the installation of GSX. Can you tell me if this is normal?

Well, of course it can't, it would be quite a feat if it could do that...

The offline installer is not a replacement for the normal installer, it's a way to get the LATEST FIXES if the Live Updater can't. You still need to install the product with the normal installer first, then you can use the offline installer as an alternative to the updater.

Ok, it's necessary to install GSX with FSDT Universal in first, and after update GSX with file offline ? It's right ?

Yes, the Offline installer is useless if you don't install GSX first.

Dear Umberto,

as Couatl doesn't work, I used your file attached to the forum and put in Appdata / Roaming / virtuali. I launched the sim and in your file that I used, Gsx wrote nothing in, but created another one called just Couatl.ini which I think contains everything you need to analyze it. However, I attach both .ini files in the zip.

Hi,
I haven't been able to enjoy GSX Pro yet. I've bought it and installed it with no problems but when I go into MSFS and press the GSX menu button, a GSX MAIN MENU box opens, but stays with the message "Loading GSX menu, please wait. ..." and some spinning circles with the word Loading, but it never loads.
I have already left it like this for more than 3 hours thinking that something is doing, but no.

I have tried various stock airports, large and small, different aircraft.

I am attaching my couatl.log file so that you can help me understand what is happening.

You don't have the current version, try running the Live Update again now,
