Unable to get seated passengers to work with PMDG 737 and 777 in MSFS2024

I have tried reinstalling GSX, but the flight/cabin crew and passengers only place a couple of steps onboard, then disappear. Should the MSFS2024 PMDG aircraft contain 'texture.cfg' files (long list of passenger and crew uniform data) as is the case in MSFS2020?
This may or may not be relevant, but to start GSX I need to restart Couti64. Then when i bring up the Main Menu, I first get a black and version with horizontal loading bars. When this completes the normal Menu is fully operational.
Hope there is a solution.

An update to my original query.
Firstly, the Black panel should read Black and White.
Whilst concentrating on the passengers, I missed the fact now that there are no baggage/freight loaders or trolleys.
