Catering does arrive correctly.

You don't say which airplane you are using.

On the Fenix, for example, its automation would call Catering and Fuel together (or you might have called one manually and the other was called by the automation), so you might think GSX gives the wrong announcement, but it's just the one for the other service which wasn't started by you.

I do not have any payware airliners. I am only using small regional jets and turboprops, business jets and GA aircraft. So in effect no large commercial airliners. It has happened with different aircraft, so not specific to one aircraft type.
