GSX not inputing weights when starting boarding PMDG 737 2024

Noticed the last few flights I have done in the PMDG 737 for MSFS 2024 that the payload from simbrief have not been getting put in automatically like normal when requesting boarding. Got the green "Simbrief OK" and made sure it was loaded in on the EFB and the FMC before requesting. I had a log created and I'm definitely no expert on what to be looking for in this, but I did notice a line that read:

this pmdg variant is not supported yet, payload not set

It does this with all three; Two Class, Single Class, and High Density. I've attached the log in hopes someone can find something else that may have caused this because I know it is supported because I've already seen a bunch of videos of it working for others in 2024.

Just adding some additional info since there hasn't been any news on this weird issue. I have tried a few things to resolve myself; tried reinstalling GSX, reinstalling the PMDG 737-800 and then tried different liveries such as downloaded ones from online and then ones straight from OCS if by any weird chance that was causing it but still nothing is changed. Still seeing in the log: this PMDG variant is not supported yet, payload not set.

Can't seem to find anyone else with this issue but can't imagine that I am the only one with it. Hoping to hear something soon if anyone has any suggestions. It's definitely not the end of the world if can't be fixed, just seems off.
