Cant relink to NFTS drive

My PC is about a year old, with all nvme drives, all of which are NTFS formatted (it appears in the disk management).

I reinstalled msfs2024 recently, since then I get an exception error for Couatal and the dreaded relink. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the fsdt installer and gsxpro using revo uninstaller, the reinstall was on different drives (c & y), still the same results.

I also reinstalled all of my FSDT products and all have the relink scenario.

Any ideas?? on what I am doing wrong??

This wrong, you should ALWAYS use the proper FSDT uninstaller, because it will do custom things that a 3rd party uninstaller cannot possibly known. Reinstall everything and only use the FSDT uninstaller in the Windows Control Panel if you need.

I have installed and de-installed GSX Pro via the FSDT installer. I have installed and de-installed FSDT installer. I have activated and deactivated GSX Pro.

My Disk Management shows the NVME drive is NTFS formatted.  I also get an exception (see attached), that pops up every ten minutes.

If you haven't linked the package, it's normal you'll get errors running.

Other than the drive not being NTFS (which it is), another reason why you can't relink is that you are running a limited Windows user account, and in order to create links, you must be adminstrator.

Check if you already have the GSX packages in the community folder, and if you have, remove them manually, restart the installer and try again.

Hi,

I removed all the content of the msfs2024 nvme, Deleted volume, reformatted, reloaded msfs2024 and it's content and gsx pro finally loaded with the relink and activation working as it should.

However, I am still getting the exception error, see the attachment.
