Boarding requsted but never started MSFS2024

I am on a PMDG 777-300ER.  I am running the latest GSX version.

My problem is this.  I have requested Boarding, the menu changed to “Boarding Requested” and nothing happens. I already have all doors opened and connected the jetway. Simbrief linked

With any PMDG airplane, if your default State has PMDG vehicles active, GSX will first need to send them away, and they boarding will continue, this will take about 30-40 seconds. I suggest to save a startup Saved state in the PMDG with all PMDG vehicles removed, so GSX won't have to send them away on boarding.

So, this problem happen to all planes in MSFS2024 (For example to Airbus A330). Although there no vehicles active in PMDG default state

I answered about PMDG, since you explicitly said it happened with the PMDG 777, so that's a specific case where Boarding start with some delay, if you have PMDG vehicles, and you never said you don't have them, so I only had to guess.

Of course, there's no problem whatsoever with any other airplanes (provided they are supported by GSX or you have a GSX profile either provided by the airplane developer or downloaded from someplace or made by yourself) and nobody ever reported Boarding not starting with MSFS 2024.

Other than running an update CHECK in the installer, to be sure you have the latest version, there's nothing I can say more without a more precise report, of an actual airplane used, an airport used, which airport profile is used, and possible a diagnostic log.
