No 3rd Party airports displayed for exluding

As there the attached, none of my 3rd party Airports are being display, they used to!  have 35+ we'll known airport addons, which used to display.

Have uninstalled in full, then reinstalled, makes no difference.

How do I resolve please?

There's nothing to solve, it's all normal. As the text in the screenshot you posted shows, there are no GSX jetway replacement files for default airports in MSFS 2024, they'll come in a future update.

Since there are no GSX jetway replacement files for default airports in MSFS 2024, there's no need to "protect" 3rd party airports from having their jetways replaced by GSX, which was the point of the excluded airport list to begin with so, there's just nothing you need to do.
