To troubleshoot I used the FSDT Installer to uninstall GSX Pro and then re-install it but still getting the error.

Me too. It is working fine in MSFS 2020, but not in MSFS 2024. Same log file as OP.

I started getting this error i have uninstalled it reinstalled it and still getting this error the addon unknown is causing couatl scripting engine to restart please run update to restart please run live update which i have done

Fixed by running the update again.
