GSX Version Conflict
« on: April 30, 2025, 03:42:49 am »
Hello,

FSDT Universal installer keeps telling me I have GSX version 3.4.7 installed but needs to update to the latest 3.4.6!! In MSFS2024 it apears outdated in yellow.

By the way, this is by far, the buggest software i've ever seen! Years of existence were not enough to correct the bugs :(

No 3rd party addons, Community folder is empty, reinstalled GSX 5 times, and still the bug..
What's happening this time?

3.4.7 is broken for me too. After installing it, the FSDT Installer keeps prompting me to install the same version and it disabled all my GSX jetways in FS2020 without asking.

If you read the linked thread that explained why the versions are mismatched, you would have know the problem doesn't have anything to do with the FSDT Installer.

About jetways no, the installer hasn't disabled anything in 2020, but has created a new separate packages for replacement jetways in 2020, so they won't affect 2024 if you have both installed. This the CURRENT version.
