unable to select destination gates on approach to an airport

Recerntly I have had a problem when flying in msfs 2020 and using GSX and Simbrief. I create my Simbrief flightplan as usual and it is loaded in the aircraft mcdu as usual. All appears fine.
I go through the departure and take off process using GSX and all is as normal. when I start my descent into my destination  airport (it doesn't matter which one) and i am below 10,000ft, the GSX menu still shows the last screen used at departure i.e pushback. the Simbrief box at the bottom is in red and states that the loaded flightplan does not match the Simbrief one.
I cannot get any gate info until I have landed and opend the GSX menu again. Doesn't matter if I'm still on the runway or not.
Am I missing something or is there a problem. I have never had this problem before, I have on the lastest update of GSX Pro and use the live update after every flight.
Any advice would be appreciated.

yep get  the same  thing  except all i get is  aircraft is flying and  get  the spinning wheel

yeah I get that sometimes as well.

If you have the same menu entries as before takeoff, this suggests the Couatl engine crashed in flight, using due to bad Navdata. However, the auto-restarter should have restarted it, so the real thing to check is IF the Couatl engine crashed and if yes, why the auto-restarter didn't restart it.

Posting the restarter log located here:

%APPDATA%\Virtuali\Couatl64_boot.log

Might help. Of course, it must be taken from the same session you had that issue.

I have the same problem and, as you can see below, it seems there is not any problem with COUATL. I paste the content of the log as it is not long.
