Hello, I have recently stumbled onto a variety of problems in GSX. It started with my cargo loader and cargo not being matched up.  This happened in cargo and non-cargo airplanes. I noticed it showed up around the Inibuilds A350 GSX integration update. Subsequently, I decided to uninstall GSX and reinstall it after advice online and a lack of sources on the forums page, except for a P3D post which was left incomplete. Unfortunately, it seems that the Installer doesn't recognize that I've downloaded Gsx again for some reason. I uploaded what the installer said and what my files had.  I tried twice to redownload and it hasn't worked.  In MSFS, I can't find the GSX menu in the taskbar and it won't show up in the game, even when Coutal is running on my PC. After that, I tried deactivating and reactivating the product(It still didn't work). If you need any more screenshots please let me know. Again everything was fine till that A350 update(The second type of cargo loaders work just not the ones in the picture).  Thank you for helping in advance, GSX is essential to my sim!

Your mistake is having manually copied the two GSX packages in the Community folder, so they are not Symbolic links as our installer creates them. This is clearly indicated by their lack of the small arrows, indicating they are real folders instead of Symbolic links as they are supposed to be and our installer creates them.

This can also possibly happen if you "moved" or backed up and restored your Community folder, using either a manual method or a backup software not properly configured to handle Symbolic links, so they have been converted into real folders without your realizing it. The installer will TRY to detect this mistake and will try to remove the folders if they are not links, but it might have failed, likely because of permission issues in your Community folder.

This is fixed this way:

- Remove BOTH the two GSX real folders in the Community

- Start the FSDT Installer again, and select RELINK

Hey there, first of all, thank you for the reply. I uninstalled GSX from the folder, and the relink prompt wouldn't appear. It is a noteworthy point that I use MSFS Addon Manager, which makes sense for the lack of blue arrows, as that is not my Community folder. I have the manager to manage scenery, and GSX was working before using that same manager, and all the FSDT scenery were also working. The problem, it seems, is that GSX won't link up in the community folder, at least according to the installer and game, as World of Jetways was working but not services or the menu(GSX showed up as linked in Community), which is odd considering all the other FSDT scenarios do using the manager.  They also show as installed in the installer and are working fine.  (I reinstalled GSX again to show that it links up in the community folder. )

Try again, we posted a small fix that might solve this issue ( I can't replicate it, but thanks to some users who posted a log as they should, it might be fixed now ).

It worked! Although the textures are pink or don't show up partially or fully(Fuel Truck), I believe that's a fix already there.
