Pink passengers

Hey guys,
I am getting pink passengers inside the aircraft.
Ran the installer and it got fixed however a few days later excluded some airports I got and again got the pink passengers.
How can I avoid this happening?
Didn't install anything else.

Have a similar problem:
During the boarding / deboarding, the passengers are "normal". However, as soon as they sit down, they become "pink".

Have the latest update. Happens in the PMDG 777 and the FENIX A320.


Any solution for this problem?

Same here it only happens to sitting passengers, not boarding passengers.

The same thing happens to me. I had to abandon a flight and disable it because it so off-putting hope its fixed soon

Try unclicking the passenger passenger option in the Config section of the GSX installer and rechecking it. It should solve your issue with Pink passengers.

Same problem here with pink passengers.
I did unclick the option in gsx config but it did not change anything.
Also, if you start boarding passengers that are becoming pink in the cabin and then if you stop
the boarding process (reset position), you still have the pink ones.
I must ad, that despite my high config (32 Go RAM + 16 Go graphic card ram), i am getting fps drops from the externa view.

In the current version of the manual, there's a new chapter at Page 96, which covers all possible issues with Seated Passengers, including pink textures. Please read it first, and if that doesn't work, clearly provide:

- the airplane used

- the precise, exact, livery used, with a download link if it's not an official one.

Hi,

Read Page 96 and it talks about the Anti Virus but no where does it give a solution to PINK Passenger problem.

Aircraft Affected is the PMDG B777-300ER

I have the other aircraft and non are affected including the PMDG B737-600 which is fine.

Because you replied to a post made in 2024, and the manual has been updated since then, so Page 96 not moved to Page 98.
