New KIAH scenery?

KIAH terminals on the north side have changed. Time for a patch or new version?

I installed Matt Derr's P3DV4 FSDREAMTEAM KIAH TERMINAL C NORTH AND SURROUNDINGS as he directed. I don't see the scenery.
