PMDG 737-700 No Fuel loading animation **SOLVED**

When I request fuel with the PMDG 737-700, the truck arrives but does not do the fuel load animation. Instead, GSX prompts me to enter the fuel load via the FMC, once done, the fuel truck simply departs.

Is there a way to get the fuel truck to do the animation?

 The important thing with a plane with a custom refuel system is that you do this sequence:

- Call the GSX Fuel Truck

- Don't change the fuel until it arrives and tell you to use the Fuel system of the airplane. I believe there's a voice telling you this.

- Now you can change the fuel quantity, which must be higher than when you called the GSX truck, otherwise it will go away assuming you don't need it anymore.

You said the truck just goes away. And this happens because the quantity you entered is not higher than the quantity you had when you called the GSX Fuel truck. Or, you changed the quantity when the Fuel Truck was on the way.

Thankyou, I think I have not explained it very clearly. (as per the subject heading)  ::)

I understand how it works. 

My question is that the truck driver does not attach the hoses to the 737. 

The truck arrives, and then immediately asks me to set the fuel via the FMC. I can set the FMC to "FULL" and the truck will remain while the fuel loads, but the driver does not do the fuel animation (attaching the hoses etc)
