Have you enabled the "Always refuel progressively option" ?

smoothchat:
Yes.  I will reload and try again. Perhaps I got the flow confused.

smoothchat:
I have reloaded the sim and confirmed that the refueling animation does not play with the 737-700.

I have enabled "Always refuel progressively option" and chosen "FULL" fuel so the truck remains and GSX displays the fuel progress.

I can provide a video if required.

Note: I am using a 3rd party airport  and have disabled the Jetway for this airport (YMML) via FSDT Installer, perhaps that is the cause? I will test and report back.

Thanks for your assistance.

smoothchat:
Nope, after returning everything to default, the fuel loading animation still does not occur with the PMDG 737-700.  The fuel load occurs and GSX displays the progress, but the driver remains in the truck.

Perhaps GSX does not fully support the PMDG737 for the fuel (no animation).  Also, I have orften noticed, that while the fuel is loading, the GSW can not be made to appear (even if I toggle the menu).

Sorry, it's very late, and I haven't slept since 24 hours. It's entirely normal the PMDG 737 won't use a crew animation: the refueling point under the wing is too low for the platform, so it will use a different truck with no crew.

To use the crewed vehicle, the refueling point must be at least 3.00 mt. for the Tanker and at least 3.40 for the Hydrant used on Gates. GSX Manual, Page 17, labeled "IMPORTANT"
