That's not an "issue" or anything that should be fixed.
The operators and the jetway logos are two separate sets, since usually jetways have different operators, like banks, car rental companies, etc.. so, fact you see some ground operators on a certain parking, doesn't automatically mean you'll see the same operator on the jetways, and it's entirely correct.
Of course, you can customize the jetway operator in the GSX parking editor.
