Installation / Activation Problem with LSZH

Hello, iam German,

my English is not soo good, but i think you understand this:

I Installed the newest Installer of LSZH and AES 1.9.7 (but i have deactivated. AES says ever CopyProtection ..Errors)

First i think the Error come from AES. I Deactivated this.
Second i De-Install LSZH with the Program "CCleaner" and also cleaning Registry and Temp`s.
I Reinstall LSZH and activate with my Serial-Nr. I tested the Scenery and load it 3-4 Times in 2 Days.
But today it doesnt work. No Buildings etc. and NO MESSAGE for Trial or others.

I dont know whats going up here

This means only two things: either AES is not 1.97, or LSZH is not the current version.

Yes, that error message is generated by AES.

To Uninstall LSZH you should use our Uninstaller. We provide an uninstaller for a reason. The uninstaller does several things that another utility can't obviously know.

Please, use only the supplied uninstaller (which can be found in the Windows Control Panel, like any Windows program)

But today it doesnt work. No Buildings etc. and NO MESSAGE for Trial or others.

This means is NOT an activation issue. If the registration gets losts, the program will NOT simply disappear: it will go into Trial mode.

If you don't see any buildings, this could be one of these things:

- You installed a old version of the scenery with a new version of the Addon Manager. Or vice versa. you have the correct version of the scenery, with a old version of the Addon Manager. This might be caused by the utility you used in place of our Uninstaller.

To restart from scratch, Uninstall LSZH using our Uninstaller, reply "Yes" to the question of removing the Addon Manager, this will clean up all files.

Then, Clear you brwoser cache, download again the LSZH uninstaller just to be sure, and install it, this will ensure you have the latest version.

After the installation is finished, go into FS9, check the Addon Manager menu, select Zurich and see if it's active or not, with the About option.

I have 2 Questions too :

1. I want buy Amsterdam Scenery from Cloud9 in few Days when i become DSL. Can i Install it after LSZH or must i install before LSZH ?

2. In Future I want buy your Chicago Scenery. I have also FlyTampa Midway. Can i use both together ?

3. And i want to buy the Other Scenerys from Cloud9 like LAX, Pisa, Bergen, ...etc
Can i Install it after LSZH or must i install before LSZH ?

There are no backward compatibility problems with product handled by the Addon Manager, which includes all Cloud9 products. As long as you have the most current version of everything, they are all guaranteed to work.

There are no problems using O'Hare together with FlyTampa Midway: and if you installed the optional jetway fix that comes with FlyTampa, that is used only to control the loading distance of the default O'Hare, our installer will remove it, because is not needed anymore. Or, you could simply delete that .bgl afterwards.

Okay, I unistall LSZH + AES with Windows/Software/Deinstall.
I download LSZH + AddonManager from Cloud9
Second i install AddonManager, then LSZH, then AES (but i activate no Airports)

I start fs9 and run LSZH and looked by AddonManager/About: Scenery is ACTIVE.
Okay i test with AES and reply. thanks a lot

You mean, from here...

There's no Addon Manager from Cloud9. A while ago, Cloud9 used to have its own installer but, since we use the same set of files anyway, it didn't make much sense, so there's only one Addon Manager installer, and it's ours,  the link on Cloud9 website points here anyway.

If you see the Addon Manger menu, so you can check the status, it means the program runs correctly. If it says the scenery is Active, then it's nothing related to activation in any way.


This leaves with only two options:

- you are not using the latest version of the scenery (download it again if unsure)

- the scenery hasn't been added to the scenery.cfg, because your scenery.cfg was already corrupted. You should have seen a warning coming from our installer.

I downloaded LSZH + AddonManager today,
and UNINSTALL AES. And now NO PROBLEMS with LSZH !

The Problem is AES. Iam confused. I have only Original Serial Numbers.

I think i have the Problem solved! After Reinstall AES the Scenery works Perfect !!

I am annoy my LSZH Scenery not yet perfectly run. I do not see buildings on the airport. About button says that to me the Scenery " Activ" is. Property today Addon manager and LSZH again down-loaded.

AES is deactivated. AES Support Oliver write me, there is a problem with Addon Manager

I wanted to buy in the future also still different products of you, but not if I had as annoyance thereby

Just be sure you are using the current version of Zurich, and AES 1.97. This will work. If you aren't sure if you have the latest version of Zurich, download it again.

i downloaded it again today past 1 hour (my AES LSZH is deactivated).

Yes, this should at least ensure you have the latest LSZH version.

OK, i install zurich9_setup.exe with 55172 KB
then i start FS9 (it generate new Scenery.cfg)
i start in the main menu LSZH at daytime

   it works


i dont understand this. i install / deinstall about over 3 hours and never works

but i think in few days when i arrival / departure the scenery lock up again.

- what about with jfk? i want to try out the Trial-Version. does it hand only the JFK Installer?
