GSX Refueling and A320 FBW

Good morning,

from some weeks i encounter a problem with the refueling of the A20N FBW (stable version) in MSFS2020 and GSX in revision 3.5.6 (Release Channel).
On EFB the voice for GSX Synchronization are enable as from FBW documentation, as you can see in "Immagine1".
On the EFB is correctly indicated (call GSX Refuel) and refueling in real time, see "Immagine2"
When the fuel truck arrives and is connected to the airplane the "Immagine3" appears and if i'm not wrong i have to choice number "8" because is related to SIMBRIEF plan, the first seven for me are totally unknown.
From now on the truck waits 20 second then disconnect from the airplane and go away without start the refueling.
In "Immagine4" you can find my actual GSX settings, probably it's my mistake but i don't understand what and where.

Hi all,

the problem has been solved, looking in in the past request on the forum i found this discussion: https://www.fsdreamteam.com/forum/index.php?topic=27675.0 and the solution is on the reply no.3, where is indicated that in the Customize aircraft menu  "Show MSFS "Fuel and Cargo" during refueling have to be not checked, in this condition the truck arrives and automatically refuel the airplane. Sorry if i don't have done this search before write the post.

The GSX internal profile for the FBW A380 has in fact the default refueling disabled.

Well in most cases it works.
But also very often GSX repeatedly urge you to use the aicrafts system to refuel
and there you are with nothing to do but to reset GSX and fuel the plane manually.
Maybe a FBW problem, don't know

It's not "very often", it's either all times, or it's never.

This depends how the airplane is configured: if the option "Show default fuel page" is enabled, GSX will NEVER say that, and it will try to refuel the airplane itself, assuming this is even possible, because that would work only if the airplane uses a standard fuel system and it's not actively manage refueling. Most of the advanced 3rd party airplanes can't be refueled by GSX, so they should be flagged with the option disabled. This means GSX will ALWAYS ask you to use the aircraft fuel system to refuel.

So, maybe, what you wanted to say was that GSX might be keep asking for this, continuously ? If this is what is happening, it's because GSX couldn't detect an INCREASE in the fuel quantity from the time you called the refuel service. GSX doesn't currently support defueling so, a decrease won't trigger the service.
