Of course you have an antivirus installed: Windows Defender, which is what you have if you don't add a 3rd party antivirus, so it must be configured just like any other.

Nowhere I ever said to "disable" the antivirus but, instead, configure it to add the whole Addon Manager folder to the Antivirus EXCLUSIONS. The reason for this is that you can't really "disable" an antivirus, since your low-level service is still running and, we witnessed multiple times that antivirus can still interfere even if it "looks" disabled.

That's why we never, ever, suggested to "disable" the antivirus but, instead, configure it to add the whole Addon Manager folder to the Antivirus EXCLUSIONS. And you can keep it always enabled.

I'm newbie (not for flight simulation but only for win 11 and Msfs) . Can you tel me which is and where is located the addon manager folder, and sorry, how to allow Gsx in Windows Defender (is my olny antivirus)  do it.

It's located where you decided to install it. If you haven't changed the suggested default location, is in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Addon Manager

Since it looks like you are Italian, this is the first hit I got by typing "come aggiungere esclusioni" in Google:

In your case, you want to exclude a folder ("cartella")

I followed step by step the instructions but the rear baggage man remain pink. Or better, one of the two man is changed in regular texture but one reamained pink I unisttaled all the gsx by program m'ive cancelled the paockegs folder, in the end i disable the windows defender in the new installation and applicate to addon manager folder the particular permission. But after the new installation of gsxc, the notorious baggaga man remain pink.
Any idea?  I use a new pc dedicated to Msfs with win 11, without any other part.Help me please.

check if the two GSX packages in the Community folder are still Symbolic links and not real folders: they are supposed to have a small arrow on their icon.

They look correct, so it's just not possible that, after running an FSDT Live Update, you would still have pink textures. The only possible explanation is that an antivirus or firewall is still blocking some files being downloaded.

At present this is exactly what I followed, unfortunately, I may be unlucky, but it didn't give any results. I will post pictures of the Windows defender setup here. I don't use anything else as the PC is only designed for simulating MSFS and nothing else.
Or if you could tell me how to get the missing textures, or how to eliminate the pushback baggage service from the program
