GSX-Menu won't open with QW787

Hello,
I've got a rather strange issue. I cannot open the GSXV2-Menu when using the QW787. No matter if I press Ctrl + F12 or Ctrl + Shift + F12, both will result in nothing happening at all. GSX seems to be functional, as it displays custom made jetways and airport data etc can also be customized. I can also load in another aircraft (e.g. the FSL320) in the same sim session and the problem will be gone.
This happens with every stand, regardless of which scenery is in use. It also doesnt matter which variant of the 787 is in use.

I do not have that with the 787

perhaps,the door is big enough to accommodate the 320 and not the 787

in user interface, the message cursor must be on medium

Cheers for your help. It wasn't about the door or the size of the parking spot, however your idea with turning on the message bar was brilliant.

The 787 requires you to connect electrical towing power + parking brakes, before you can even open up the menu.
