RJAA Ray Smith and default APX file

Hello FSDreamteam Team,

I'm still fairly new to GSX, but I'm having a problem with one of Ray Smith's airports, particularly RJAA. I installed the scenery in FSX's addon scenery folder as usual, but when trying to edit parking positions it appears as if GSX is accessing the APX file located in F:\FSX\Scenery\1002\scenery. As I said, I'm still new to more enhanced usage of GSX, but shouldn't GSX using the addon scenery instead of the defaults in FSX/Scenery/...

Any help would be appreciated, I have a feeling this is user error related
