Runtime Error (at 150:2448)

I am trying to reinstall after a simulator re-install and get this every time I have downloaded the latest build. Please help

Runtime Error (at 150:2448):

Error on line 0, position 0: The following tags were not closed:
SimBase.Document, Launch.Addon. List index out of bounds

It's nothing that has anything to do with any of our installers, it's just one of your XML files which is corrupted, so you must fix them. The post above, indicates where to find your XML files.
