Need Direction **SOLVED**

Just have bought the Aerosoft A320 & 19 Noticed that when calling up GSX I only had 1 luggage cart and tug and 1 belt loader at the read cargo door. Is there something missing or is it me? What should I do to have the correct loaders at each cargo door?
