GSX jetways not working for Airbus A340 500-600 series at default airport ksfo

hi every one n happy New Year. my GSX is a demo and when ever i try using the jetways on the default airport KSFO for Airbus A340-500&600 series airplane it always tell me that there are no jetways that can operate at this position and i use gate heavy, is it because is a demo or there is something i need to do.

The problem doesn't have anything to do with GSX being in demo, since at KSFO it must work. It's more likely a combination of:

- You using an unsupported airplane. If you use an airplane that is not already internally supported by GSX ( the GSX airplane configuration editor will tell you that ), before it can be used with GSX, it must configured first. It's of course explained in the manual

- Your parking position.
