Airports not showing up

None of the buildings or rwy markings are showing up in my FSD airports: LAX, ORD, LAS, JFK, CVR, DFW even though they all show to be registered and active.  They are all checked in my Scenery Library.  I have installed the latest download manager.  What could be wrong?

Okay, I tried again.  When FSX first loads to KDFW the buildings are there.  I Checked and Couatl and Addon Manager were both in the Addons menu.  If I go to another airport, ex KJFK the buildings and markings are gone and Couatl is missing from Addons.  If I go back to KDFW the buildings are gone and so is Couatl.  I have to exit FSX and restart to get KDFW to show up again.  Incidently, I have no anti-virus program installed on this computer.

If you have GSX, try to enable logging in the Troubleshooting section, and see if a Couatl.ERR file will be generated in the %APPDATA%\Virtuali folder after the Couatl menu disappear.
