Nothing appears

Hello everyone. I have a problem.
I open the panel with "ctrl+f12", for example require catering,but nothing appears, not even with "ctrl+f12" the panel does not reappear.

The usual question:

Do you have BOTH the "Addon Manager" AND the "Couatl powered products" menus under the FSX "Addons" menu bar ?
