The TBIT terminal in the scenery looks like the one you posted, except there are some missing parts, which weren't there in Sept. 2011, when the scenery was developed.
We might think about an update in the future, but you can't expect a scenery will automatically follow the development of its real world counterpart as it happens. We can't make any promises, not commit to any dates, and KLAX is reasonably updated: there are other airports we made that are now way more outdated that needs to be addressed first.
