P3Dv5 stop position
« on: November 30, 2025, 07:10:07 pm »
Whenever I customize a parking position at any airport, the airplane moves from the original spot it was spawned at.
I finish all the veh. positions and the walk-in gate.
Closing the sim,and re-opening it using the same airport, airplane, and parking position....the airplane is now
in an entirely new spot and not aligning up with the position I customized it for.
How can I accomplish this.
The manual on 'understanding the stop position' was no help.
Thanks for any advise.

@skip d, there are two positions - the P3D parking position and the GSX Stop position.

They need aligning. Easiest way to do this is via Customise Parking Position in GSX. Press the F4 key twice to get from the default position to the Stop one. Use the forward and back arrow keys to align them. Then hit Y to exit.
Cheers,
Ray.
