Cleaning Crew not working when rear stairs disabled - MSFS2020

Hi!

I'ved tried PMDG737-800 and Fenix A320 at gates with jetways and GSX is set to disable rear stairs with jetways.  When I request cleaning crew: 1 - the jetway connects, 2 - I get the msg Cleaning in process, 3 - shortly after I get the msg Cleaning Completed.   The entire time I did not get the minibus or cleaning crew.    When I uncheck the box to disable the rear stairs, the cleaning process works fine (minibus and crew boarding the plane).  I tested using the inibuilds KJFK airport.

If this normal function?

They should all come from the jetway in that case.

I've also experienced this issue several times when the GSX settings disable the stairs when a Jetway is present. When you call the cleaning crew, the Jetway connects, but the crew doesn't have time to arrive before the service is already finished. To work around this, I first call the Jetway using GSX, then request the cleaning service. This way, I see the entire crew arrive via the Jetway and begin cleaning the aircraft.

Thank you!  Your suggestion works.  My next question to Umberto is "Is this the normal function to manually call the Jetway before calling the Cleaning Crew for disabled rear stairs?"
