Whats wrong with my dear GSX Pro

Dear sirs,

In the past my GSX Pro is not as it have been before. When I arrive a gate, the gate is not working, this on several airports. Sometime I also get a message that the gate have bad data. I hate this because I love to use my GSX Pro. Now to day I landed at LEPA and the GSX pro din not work at all. So I could not ask for a gate. The worm was not active and dont show up as active. Whats wrong. I run the latest version but what is wrong to me.

FS 2020 here, In version 3.5.9 everything worked fine. GSX jetways were working, all good. But after some updates suddenly jetways did not work anymore plus they dont connect to builkdings anymore. In de GSX app i have removed all GSX jetways and im using the MS default jetways. At least they work. FSDT says its not their problem so there wont never be a fix for this.

This is exactly what I mean: there is no sollution. Even a fresh win 11 + FS 2020 + GSX install won't work. And as long as fsdt does not acknowledge that this is a gsx problem, it will never be solved And they sell half a product. Criminal activities

The problem has obviously been found and fixed, the link above should be used as proof to show how wrong this statement is. And, it's not even clear what "won't work" even means. Are you still referring to the jetway issue ?
