From your log, I can see your don't have the latest update, which might as well caused by the antivirus. We never suggested to turn it off but, instead, configure it to add the entire Addon Manager folder ( C:/Program Files (x86)/Addon Manager ) to its EXCLUSIONS.
After you do that, run another update CHECK, so that files that might have been blocked can be updated. If you still have the same version, try the Offline Installer.
