PASSENGERS PROBLEM

Ciao. I am flying with an A321 Neo FSLabs (MSFS 2024). I have tried everything, all possible settings, I have read the manuals. Nothing works, I cannot make the passengers appear during boarding and deboarding. They are not even visible in their seats. I used to see them only seated, but now not even that. I selected on MCDU Gsx pax visibility always, I selected multiple trips. I also tried with an original FSLab livery, nothing doing.

The two are related, because if the OP is on SU4, so Jetways won't connect, GSX won't show Passengers (and it will issue a message on screen, assuming the menu is not closed so messages can be seen).

OP are you ( OP means "Original poster" ).

SU4 Beta is the latest unstable version of MSFS 2024 that you won't get unless you subscribed to the Beta program using the Xbox Insider App. The SU4 Beta has a known issue of jetways not working and, since it wasn't very clear from your first message which version of MSFS 2024 you used, a problem with the jetway was surely a cause for not seeing passengers, so @Gandalf was right asking you if you were using SU4, because there, on a gate with jetways, passengers won't work for sure.

If you don't have the SU4 Beta, is still worth asking: is the jetway connected (because sometimes they might not work, even with the normal release) ?

If it's not the jetway, the GSX Manual has many suggestions at Page 98 about things to check when passengers are missing. Note that, it's quite different if they are missing ENTIRELY (no passengers at all), or they just disappear after they sit.

Then, the jetway is connect and work. I can see walk in the pilots only. I've read the manual page 98 and I've made all that it wrote. Sorry, but I'm at stop point.

How can I see if I am using SU4 Beta? I have checked that I can only see the crew and pilot boarding. What mean that?

Please clarify, so your problem is not you are not seeing passengers after the sit: you are not seeing ANY passengers ? Are you sure the airplane has some payload ?
