seated passengers for a320 and a350
« on: September 05, 2025, 05:55:29 pm »
Sorry, I have a problem with the fenix 320 and 350 of ini. I don't see the passengers sitting down, although I have ticked the planes in the gsx menu and opened the door, but on the max ifly I see them.
reinstalling the whole simulator could solve? because this happened between one update and another, before it worked

Hi,

I have the same problem with the Fenix A320 family and the Inibuilds A350 (I haven't tested any others). I can see the passengers boarding and the crew at the entrance. As soon as the passengers take their seats, they disappear.

Unfortunately, the GSX manual is no help, as I believe I have followed all of its instructions.

The liveries are from the Fenix Installer or iniManager.

MSFS 2024 SU3 (1.5.27.0)
GSX Pro 3.7.1
Fenix V2.4.0.2225
Inibuilds A350 v1.1.5
AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D
Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090

No issues whatsoever with Fenix and Seated passengers, they work just fine here.

In addition to all the suggestions in the manual at Page 98, we should add these:

- If the airplane has been updated, it's possible the files might have been un-patched by the updater, so they must be patched again.

- You might not see passengers before you exceeded the max simobjects limit. Page 95 of the manual has a chapter explaining this, called Missing Objects

I think I've found the problem. Maybe it will help others too.

I've had HUES zCore in the community folder for a while now. Until now, it never played a role. So, with non-HUES liveries, it never “bothered” the seated passengers.  Maybe something changed in one of the last updates of whatever.

In any case, I have now removed it and the passengers remain seated. Therefore, I assume that this was the problem.
