GSX loading the cargo on Fenix A320 but not the passengers

EDIT 12:03: For information: Just over-installed previous OFFLINE version 3.6.3 and now PAX are boading

Can confirm this Fix.

1. download this Offline Installer: --> https://app.box.com/s/qm8yng7m0tcfad9s7vxr19kn61mgabl9
2. Run the Offline Installer as Admin
3. After this, Run the "FSDT Live Update"

Now it should be fixed

Same here with the PMDG 737. Although it may be a jetway only problem. I flew to LIML with a ramp position (and bus for pax). And everything worked there! Deboarding and Boarding. In EDDF however, with a jetway position, you push the button and just nothing happens.

Don't tell me its AGAIN an issue that the almighty geniously working CDN of GSX is not updating correctly.... for years ignoring is denial of reality.... as always when this comes up i remark that no other software updates itself so bad as GSX does...dont know how often i wrote this here for the last 5 years.

with Fenix A320 (BFU) the same problem here, passengers not boarding.

After the offline installer now, in Fenix A320, I can see the passengers coming in the aircraft but they are not in the aircraft: in the EFB the number of passengers and cargo are zero like their weight. Only the refueling is working

Thanks for the tip. I can confirm that it's working again now, it's all quite complicated. I also don't understand why there are two updaters. You can update with the FSDT Installer just as easily as with the FSDT Live Update. I would convert the FSDT Installer to the FSDT Launcher and remove the Live Updater.

Hi,same issue by me with Version 3.6.4 tested with FSLABs A321neo and Fenix 321. Also after a complete reinstalls of GSX don't work it. Very frustrating.

Same PMDG 737 . . extremely frustrating, is there a fix in works?  I’ll try the above suggestion when finish current flight. There is a version 3.6.5 now.

Hi all

Have the same problem but 3.6.5 dropped tonight and seems to have a fix for it. I cannot verify atm but it sounds promising.
