GSX loading the cargo on Fenix A320 but not the passengers

Hello,
I'm using the latest version of everything and I'm trying a flight with the Fenix A320 using MSFS2024.
I started the loading, but while the cargo was completely loaded, there is no sign of passengers after 20 minutes. GSX says "boarding passengers now", but it's not true.
What could be the reason?

I have just come here to see if there is a problem since the exact same thing is happening to me.  Updated to the latest GSX version just prior to starting a flight in the Fenix.  Was using the option within the Fenix EFB to start boarding and refueling.  Zero passengers are boarding.  Restarted COUALT but no different.  I am not sure how to continue my flight as efb says passengers planned 179, boarding 0

Good to see I'm not the only one having this issue. Appears to be more of global issue, happens with the PMDG 777 to!

Updated today to 3.6.4 for MSFS2024. Crew and passengers missing PMDG.

I have that as well. No pax boarding using the Fenix A320.  :'(

Until the issue is resolved in the release channel of the FSDT installer, it works for me in the beta channel of the FSDT installer. Select it from the dropdown list (under "Store 2024" on the left) and click "Update." Passengers aren't taking their seats in the PMDG.

Hello! I am confirm this problem with Fenix a320

As long as it isn't fixed in the release channel, it works for me in the beta channel. Select it from the dropdown and click Update.
However, they do not take their places in the PMDG.

I am on SU3 Beta and it is not working with the Fenix A320.  Worked last night prior to todays GSX update

So having issues with PMDG 737 and Leonardo's MD82.  PAX not loading at the gate. I never see a single passenger board.  When it comes time to push, I cant because loading is still inprogress.  Baggage loads fine but passenger dont via jetway; however, they will load using airstairs.  At Flagstaff passengers' cue and load normally via the air stairs.  It appears this is a jetway issue.

Same issue with PMDG777 in MSFS2020 as well as the A350-900 in MSFS2024.

Hi,same issue by me with Version 3.6.4 tested with FSLABs A321neo and Fenix 321. Also after a complete reinstalls of GSX don't work it. Very frustrating.
