I have sent an email to your support at the listed address regarding this. My external SSD is a Samsung T9 4TB. After running GSX install program it said it could not load due to drive not being NTFS. Is there a way to load it? I have tons of MSFS 2020 addons and no room on my C:\ Drive to pigeonhole them while converting the D:\ Drive to NTFS. If not, I request a refund.
