Empty config boxes

I have just installed GSX for use with MSFS2024 after using it for many years with P3D & MSFS2020. This is a new installation on a brand new PC. When I select the Config from the Universal Installer the boxes for jetways etc are completely empty. I have uninstalled (twice) and reinstalled the second time with the antivirus exclusion and firewall turned off. The boxes are still empty. I have version 3.5.9. What would you suggest?

I have just updated to version 3.6.1, and the boxes on the Config page are still completely empty. I would be grateful if Umberto could assist with this.

I've got the same issue: empty boxes even after re-installing everything.

@trisho0 As I said before, your issue is different from mine - what you're getting is in fact the opposite of what I'm getting. Please could you therefore start your own thread. Your postings are detracting from my original posting. My issue is not resolved with version 3.6.1. I will update to 3.6.2 and see what happens.

Update - 3.6.2 makes no difference.

Just updated today, GSX Pro to version 3.6.3 Question: is this the correct view from Config now? If so, why do I have double jetways?

It now 2 weeks since I started this thread, and to date I have received no support whatsoever. I cannot exclude GSX jetways on any 3rd party scenery as the config boxes are empty. PLEASE.... could someone at FSDT provide some support?

ok maybe i can give you what i would do is to download  the offline version than run  the installer  again, if this  fail; than post in the gsx discord since there mite be a simliar issue in there and at least you will get a quick reply  back

For MSFS2024 there are no jetway or airport services provided by GSX as noted in the gui, hence no exclusions. These will be provided at a later date.

Today, updated GSX Pro to version 3.6.6 the Config page is correct in my system with all jetways working as intended, no duplicates.

Aha! That explains everything. In which case my GSX is behaving correctly. Thank you so much.

@trisho0 You are still posting on this thread incorrectly. In fact according to your screenshot you are using MSFS 2020, whereas I made it clear in my original posting that I was referring to 2024. This explains why your config boxes are not empty.

You started this topic thread without specifying what sim were you referring for about. Also, it is a well known the MSFS2024 GSX Pro has emptied Config pages no matter what version is installed.
