GSX Ignoring Pushback Path

I have added a path which follows the yellow line but all the points were removed and GSX decided to pull the airplane to the final position and through the terminal.

That's because the heading of the final position is so that GSX correctly detected that as a Pull route. If you final heading should be that way, you must add intermediate waypoints then, and place AND rotate them accordingly, so you'll see green arrows (push).

I did add 3 waypoints so it pushes the long way around on the taxiline yet when I save it and request pushback I was still pulled into terminal. All previous waypoints are removed going back into the editor.

So the problem is not GSX is ignoring the path (it clearly following it), it's the editor didn't save your waypoints ? Maybe an error happened while editing, so you might need to check the log so we can see what's happening.
