How do we check to see if it updated?
By running the FSDT Live Update. From your log, I could only see your couatl .exe was surely outdated, but the .exe might suffer from being blocked by the antivirus as well, so even if the rest of the program might be up to date (but I can't say for sure from your log), the .exe might not so:
- configure the antivirus and be sure the whole "Addon Manager" folder is added to the antivirus Exclusions
- Run the FSDT Live Update again
- If you still have the error, check your log and see if at least the .exe got updated to versions I said are the current ones: 5973 and 5974 (MSFS 2024 and 2020)
- If you are still outdated, try the OFFLINE installer on the MSFS Product download page
- If you are still outdated after using the OFFLINE installer (at least the .exe), that's 100% caused by the antivirus.
