GSX Jetways Stationary at certain add on airports after reinstall

Hello, I have recently (using the online installer) performed an uninstall of v3.5.5 and then an install of 3.5.8.  Reason for this was that I had lost all sounds from GSX (yes I did check sound mixer volume and it was a normal setting)

Upon reinstall I had quite a bit of odd behavior, including jetways that previously worked at Feel there's KSTL add on now not working.  Additionally I had some of the ground staff in pink textures and still no sound.

Having read some posts on Discord, I used a VPN to do a "check install" with the online installer and this seems to have resolved the texturing (possibly the sound though I haven't attempted a pushback. What I am still seeing however are intermittent problems with the jetways not moving at some third party airports...not ALL of them mind you, but a few.

I also tested many others, Inibuilds KLAX, KJFK, KDTW...Pacsim KSLC...FLy2High KFAT....Drezwicki KEWR...MK Studios KLGA..these all work.

I've NOT yet done the offline installer, that will be next.  Appreciate any insights as to what might be the issue.  Log file from the KIAH instance is attached! (apparently I need to change the extension to allow the upload)

Whenever you have issues with 3rd party jetway, it's nothing related in any way to GSX, with some slight differences between MSFS 2020 and 2024:

- In MSFS 2020, you might simply have forgotten to run the Exclude 3rd party function in the Config panel, which you should always do when you add a scenery. This is also done automatically when running a GSX Update, and it's done to prevent GSX replacement jetways to interfere with 3rd party airports that have their own jetways. If the airport is in the DISABLED list on the Config page, any issues you might have with Jetways, cannot possibly have anything to do with GSX.

- In MSFS 2024, there are no GSX replacement jetway files, so there's no risk of any conflicts caused by GSX jetways as in MSFS 2020 (if you don't exclude them). So in MSFS 2024, any issues you might have with Jetways, cannot possibly have anything to do with GSX.

Im having the same problem in msfs 2024. weird. no jetways are working anymore. i do realize in 2024 GSX no longer affects jetways in 2024 but getting coatl errors and no operating jetways after i updated this morning.

Should i uninstall gsx completely and reinstall?

This error:

[00:08:44.438] Exception: requestJetwayData Internal error (dwIndex == 99)

It's a known Simconnect "panic" error that means the airport has problem with jetways, causing bad data being reported to GSX. Since in MSFS 2024 there are no GSX jetways that can possibly cause a conflict (only possible in 2020 AND if the add-on airport wasn't excluded ), the problem is completely unrelated with GSX.

 Are doing this on all airports.  Not sure how to pinpoint and move forward. Guess ill put a ticket into msfs 2024 then.
